Description

Hello and welcome. Here is what you're bidding on:  TITLE & ARTIST: "Hi-Fi Guitar" - by Jerry Byrd on the DECCA Records label (DL 8643) in wonderfully clear original sound from the late 50s. CONDITION: JACKET - VG++(Extremely light wear; small hole punched in upper left; great textured finish cover remains unmarked); VINYL - VG++(Very light marks - Visually Graded).  SPECIAL FEATURES: An absolute Jerry Byrd classic, featuring the master's take on country, western, Hawaiian, blues and western swing. In other words, this is a Jerry Byrd tour-de-force of steel guitar playing, and it's in terrific condition. TRACKS: The One Rose, Steelin' the Blues, The Teen-Agers Waltz, Come a Little Closer, La Cumparsita, Slippery Elm, Memphis Blues, La Golondrina, Remington Ride, The Moon of Manakoora, The Dance of the Goldenrod, and La Rosita. Thanks! If you have further questions about condition or content, please don't hesitate to ask. You may bid with unworried confidence. Our sales history is your assurance of absolute integrity. Thank you and good luck. OUR GRADING SYSTEM: We grade visually, and we are happy to listen to any LP and give you an aural grade as well. SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); NM (Near Mint - our highest grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks that do not affect play); VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).
