JENGHIZ KHAN - Well Cut LP (French Barclay 920 313T, 1971)

This is mega-rare, 1st French (and only) issue of the debut album of Belgian heavy-prog band similar to the early Uriah Heep and Atomic Rooster. Along with Waterloo LP & Irish Coffee LP this is the best, classic rock album ever recorded in Belgium. This copy although not exactly perfect is very solid and respectable.

Cover: EX Very strong EX. Fully laminated, single cover is pretty nice - without any creases - still with fine gloss - just with minimal mark here and there on the surface and minimal wears on the corner's tips. There is minimal (1cm long) wear on the spine.

Record: looks EX+ / plays EX+ to EX- This very conservative grade! Record looks very nice - just with some 10-12 hairlines on each side and one pressing mark on side 2 - hardly listenable. But, as this is not the best of pressings - it plays from EX+ to EX-. Sometimes there are some surface noises during the quietest moments - present mostly near the end of each side. Anyway, this is very respectable copy - not Mint, but the one which will satisfied 80% of the most serious collectors. Labels are perfect.
