JEFF SIMMONS - 'LUCILLE HAS MESSED MY MIND UP'.
Super rare UK original STRAIGHT pressing!

UK original 1st pressing on pink/orange/yellow STRAIGHT labels.
STS 1057. STEREO. (1969). First press UK original in amazing EX+/NEAR MINT condition!

UK original copy with non-laminated gatefold sleeve. Sleeve grades EX+, vinyl grades NEAR MINT.

These UK Straight releases usually turn up trashed with the artwork rubbing off the sleeves and loads of funk, dirt, ring wear and edge wear. It is very difficult to get UK copies where there are barely any signs of ring wear, edge wear or spine wear due to the fragility of these relatively flimsy, non-laminated gatefold sleeves. Quite a find!

Audio is amazing, superb and clear. Top example of this amazing, classic psychedelic pop/rock/prog debut. Brilliant album from start to finish - probably my favourite Zappa associated releases from the Straight label catalogue.

Frank Zappa guests on guitar and produces. There are some great and quite unusual songs, riffs and bass/guitar lines. Very ahead of its time and different (in a good way).

Paid a lot more than my opening asking price for this!
