Description
Up for auction is a Jazz LP record by Hank Mobley, "Hank Mobley," Blue Note Records, 1568, 1957, Mono. Label has the 47 West 63rd NYC address, and deep groove. RVG is stamped in the trailoff.
The lineup for this record is: Hank Mobley, tenor sax; Bill Hardman, trumpet; Curtis Porter, alto and tenor sax; Sonny Clark, piano; Paul Chambers, bass; Art Taylor, drums.

Now the good news. I was a little concerned with the surface marks and scuffs on the playing surfaces, so I played the record and it sounds great - no static, no skips, no pops. I heard a couple of light clicks on Side 1 and that was it.
The album cover is in good condition. There is an untaped, one-inch split in the middle of the side seam. There is also some chipping on the top of the side seam. The top and bottom seams have no wear or splitting. There is light record wear on both front and back. The opening edge on the front has some discoloration and the lamination is frayed on the very edge.

NOTE ON PACKING: Records are shipped out of sleeve. Both record and cover are bagged and bubble wrap is put between record cover and record and cardboard before being wrapped in cardboard record mailer. Extra cardboard or bubble wrap is used to protect corners. If you have a postal service that is particularly hard on packages, let me know. Since I ship worldwide, I realize that some packages might need a little extra padding or care.
