Description

Artist:  Das Karlhanns Berger Qartett mit Bent Jaedig, Joop Christoffer und Bob Petrin

Title: Jazz Da Camera

Label: Da Camera  Excelsior

Number: JZ 7001

Mono/Stereo: Mono

Grade/Description: (cover) VG+

Grade/Description: (record): VG++ (SEE BELOW)

This records like the others i offer these days are coming from a jazz-archive. the vinyl look like they weren't played often times, the cover of them have only storage signs or name-stamps or in some cases something is written on the back cover.

Additional Information: This EP was recorded 1961/62 in Cave 54 in Heidelberg/Germany. The Vinyl looks like new, plays fantastic, there is only a little background noise at the beginning on one side. apart from that i would grade NEAR MINT.

COVER:  On the backside of the cover you see that there was  a little stamp there (which isn't there anymore, so there is something like a darker shadow , but nothing serious) . Apart from that the cover is in really good shape.  Have a look at the picture!

My gradings: NEAR MINT, VG++, VG+, VG, VG-

ATTENTION!!!!!!

i have to correct the condition of this very rare record or to give you more detailed information about the condition. after listening once again to this disc carefully (also because i realized that this is very sougt after and very rare and expensive).

side 1: there are a few hairlines at the beginning, which leads to the medium background noise at the first half of the first track on this side. the background noise is like a sizzling noise, but not dominat. because this track is very silent, so you will hear this background noise. ithis was maybe too short described in the article description.

side 2: here is also a little but less background noise, but only at the first seconds. because the track is louder than the first on side 1 , it's nothing really dangerous

apart from that the rest is near mint, but i have to grade it carefully only vg+.

about the cover: i had choose the wrong word, there was a sticker on the record.
