Basic Musical Library Radio Transcription Disc produced by The Armed Forces Radio Service.  This disc was issued to radio stations for broadcast only and not available to the general public, very rare!

Disc is in EX- condition with some light surface scratches and EX or better sound, disc sounds much better than it looks  

Please note that 16 inch transcription discs will not play on most standard turntables due to their size.  I can make a CD copy of the disc for the buyer only for $10
