Shipping:
On business days (Monday-Friday) shipping usually within 24 hours of cleared payment.
The item will be shipped from within the EU. Shipping to certain countries (like Russia) can take a long time (4 weeks and more), so please be patient.
All packages will be declared for the full purchase value. I will not make false statements on customs declaration forms.

Packaging:Unless sealed, all records are removed from the cover to prevent seam splitting and stored in a new inner sleeve. The original inner will be included if available. All is placed in a protective plastic sleeve and carefully packaged in a new, clean box.

Returns accepted within 14 days. Buyer must first contact seller. Refund (through PayPal) is offered when the very same record, in the same condition it left me, has safely arrived back to me. Sealed records must be returned sealed. The buyer pays for the return postage.
Once your package is handed over to the post office, I no longer have control over it. I cannot be held responsible for mishandling of packages by the postal service.
