Description

Catalog number 30AP 1875. Mastersound. Made in Japan.

Labels have just a few short spindle trails.

Jacket is in excellent condition with one small dent on the top near the center.

The poster is not included.

OBI is intact.

Postcard is in like-new condition.

Inner picture sleeve is near mint. (LP comes in a separate clear sleeve that goes inside the picture sleeve).

The other inner heavy-duty sleeve also contains what appears to be a consumer survey sheet, an LP-sized lyric/credits/band history sheet and a full-color advertisement for other Mastersound titles, all written in Japanese.

THE RECORD:

For most people who want to enjoy playing a like-new record, this will do the trick. It's nearly perfect. I've played mint condition records that were noisier.

For those who go strictly by Goldmine's play grading, I must say the vinyl is THIS close to VG+. There is a tiny amount of momentary surface noise in only a few spots. Not only does it come nowhere near overpowering the music, it is not even present, at all, on the vast majority of the album. So, I cannot say the surface noise is zero but it is minuscule and shows up mainly at the start of side one. If I play-graded this as near mint, I believe only the most persnickety would say it was overgraded.
