Mercury SR90303, white promo label, stereo. Drilled through near center hole, as all these promos were.

CONDITION:
Disc: VG+, a couple of faint marks, drill hole is through the white labels.
Sleeve: VG- , 3-inch split at center of bottom seam, all corners are very worn and bumped. The front slick with little wear evident. Sticker front slick. Drill hole appears just above Mr. Starker's ear.
