Janis & Prince (And The Mix Breed)-"Love And Devotion" b/w "Patricia (Here I Come)" 45. 196? Radio City Records. Mega-rare/holy grail/original/in-demand/small label mid 60's San Diego, CA Northern/Sweet Soul 45 by the obscure group produced & arranged by Chuck Johnson (Same label as the rare Mr. Clean & The Soul Inc. "What's Going On" 45 & one of the rarest San Diego Northern Soul 45's along w/June Jackson & Mickey Champion on Musette Records). Both sides of record are in strong VG++ shape w/very minor scuffs & surface scratches both sides (plays NM/both sides have a shiny glare showing very minimal play). Labels are VG++ w/very minor fading because of age but clean both sides.
