Jancis Harvey – From The Darkness Came Light
Jancis Harvey is a English folk-singer and she has been writing and singing her songs since the very early days of BBC Radio 2 and has made many appearances on the old BBC Light Programme ’s Five to Tan slot. Her songs can be heard these days in schools, churches, concert halls, village halls, masonic halls and just about everywhere there is an audience who appreciates the gentle style of folk-music of this very popular singer/songwriter. She released five albums in 1970s all of which have become very collectable worldwide.
Side One: He’s Just The One; Nouska; Torn Between Two Lovers; From The Darkness Came Light; I Love You; We Shall Rise .
Side Two:  Love Is Like A Butterfly; Phantoms Of Suffolk; Another Suitcase In Another Hall; Bolder To Birmingham; Joleen; Peter ’s Song; Garden Gnome.
The album is on Westwood Records, WRS 144. Matrix side one: WRS 144 A1 (written). Matrix side two: WRS 144 B1 (written).
1979. UK pressing. Stereo.

Condition: (as Record Collector's grading system. If I see a mark it will be mentioned however light/small, apart from the usual very light paper scuffs/marks - usually caused by record being removed from the inner sleeve, which appear on nearly all old records and which are only visible under strong light)
Vinyl side 1: excellent (a few very light marks that do not affect the audio in any way, plays great with no jumps, skips or clicks and minimal crackle).
Vinyl side 2: excellent (a few very light marks that do not affect the audio in any way, plays great with no jumps, skips or clicks and minimal crackle).
Cover (unlaminated): excellent (a few small light marks front and back. dedication written on back).
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy with the record.
Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: I very rarely use the mint grade. Only records that are still sealed or records that even under the strongest of lights are completely unmarked. Also covers that are unmarked/uncreased in any way and still look brand new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
