The labels are VG+ it does have some writing (see photo's), the vinyl is at least VG+ with some light scuffs and scratches that dont affect the play on this 1964 UK Sue Records label issue WI-329 by Jackie Edwards - "Stagger Lee" b/w "Pretty Girl"
