Description
Up for sale is an original 1978 private pressing vinyl record LP: "I'll Sing of Life" by Jack Intveld. Catalog number 9048 stereo on Art Records of New Brighton, Minnesota.
Only 200 were pressed.
"I'll Sing of Life" is mentioned in the Acid Archives. The music is layered and proggy, a one man Yes, soaring intricate and unlike anything else I have heard. Excellent synthesizers and far-out effects combined with folk psychedelic art tops this record off. Intveld put this record together with his multi-instrumental talent and a loan from his parents as a Senior in Irondale High School. He wrote all of the songs, played all of the instruments; guitars, keyboards, bass, harmonica, percussion, vocals. He also did the production and mixing. The only thing he didn't do was the drums.
Record condition is a STRICT Goldmine Grade of VG++. STILL IN ORIGINAL SHRINK. Record is shiny, looks new, no warps and no scratches of any kind. No dimples. Jacket is without seamsplits or fading. There is a very and I mean very light trace of ringwear which could just be on the shrink on front of jacket but no ringwear on the back. There is a very light hairline crease in lower right corner of jacket only visible upon close inspection. Please see picture. There is NO smell of smoke. Please look at the pictures. Includes original liner notes and lyrics and psych drawing fold-out insert. Liner notes are free of any markings, no creasing or rumpling.
