Craft 2019 Metallic Marble vinyl reissue exclusive to Newbury Comics and limited to 500 copies.
Ive owned this since new along with the standard black copy. Both sound excellent but this has had but one single play and i need to free up space and funds for records ive not got multiple copies of. This particular example is close to perfection.... the vinyl is dead flat, centered, unmarked and plays with almost no noise throughout. After the Degritter clean I could only really notice two single tics on track 4 as Isaac is telling the story at the start of the song. For such a gorgeous slice of coloured vinyl which often end up far too noisy this is a revelation! This press used the same mastering as the 2018 Dave Cooley/Elysian master which is a very forward and lively take but not harsh and it does sound excellent imo. I shall be keeping my black copy for sure.
The tip on jacket remains in the factory shrink with indefying hype sticker and unique barcode sticker to distinguish these copies from the black version. It is absolutely like new. Im pretty sure when i bought these the stock inner was a plain paper job and i long upgraded to a Mofi style rice paper poly jobby as shown.
I dont think you will find a better example!
