First press top opening Sleeve is in close to EXCELLENT condition. Just light wear and a corner crease top left. Very solid example; NO writing, splits or tears.
VInyl is in EXCELLENT condition.
Labels EXCELLENT. Not the best quality printed labels but that's how they were made. The small white spot on side 1 on the S in Soundhouse is not a tear, just a printing blotch.
Whilst not 100%ll in all a great copy of this mega rarity and top collectoers item!

Please note, I always remove records from main sleeve when packing to avoid seam splits during trasportation, unless the record is still sealed. I will happilly open the seal carefully at sellers request to remove from sleeve if desired. I use cruciform LP mailers (NOT envelopes) with multiple stiffeners for added safety. I have also started using corner protectors too :-)
