We do not ship outside the United States. As an alternative, you may use either a courier service or a personal contact that is situated within the United States that can accept the delivery of your package as long as they have a verified PayPal shipping address. Once your package has been delivered to either your courier service or personal contact, you can get in touch with either one of them to find the status of your package.
As a general rule, CDs and cassettes either play perfectly or they don’t. Cassette tapes are liable to deteriorate with age even if they remain sealed and/or unplayed from new.
Cassette and CD jewel cases can easily be replaced if they are broken, cracked or scratched. Cardboard sleeves and digipaks are subject to the same wear as those of record sleeves.

- Regular jewel cases may show signs of minor or general wear due to handling and are not graded.
- We only ship domestically using USPS Media Mail with Signature Confirmation.
