Description
Iron Maiden live (most likely in Italy) 1983, from the 'Piece of Mind' tour.
10 inch maxi in transparent green vinyl, track list as follows:
Side 1 - Sanctuary, The Trooper, Revelations (total time 14:59)
Side 2 - Flight of Icarus, 22 Acacia Avenue, The Number of the Beast (total time 15:23)
Black and white paper insert states "For promotion only, Heavy Metal Records, Printed in Italy".
Label on the record has a "skull wearing headphones" logo on side two, and an incorrect label on side one that states "The Frocks - Heavy Metal Battle". You should be able to make this out on the photos.
Don't ask my why it has the wrong label, I have no idea, that's just the way it was when I bought it way back in 1986! I've never seen another copy of this anywhere, so I can't say if there was a production run that was labelled incorrectly or if it is just a one-off. Either way, it is a rareity and would be of great value to any fan or collector.
Pristine condition, no scratches. Fantastic sound quality, very atmoshperic live recording of a great concert.
