Thank you for reading the following..... I have an excellent selling record but recently received a vehemently negative comment about condition. I do believe that the items were as described but regardless I have offered this person a full refund and even free replacement with free shipping on top of the refund. .... This is an isolated incident in a long and virtually negative free selling career on ebay that goes back more than 10 years. If you are not happy with your purchase or service, please get in touch. I am a Canadian seller but mail all USA bound and Overseas bound packages from the USA, because I live close to the USA border, to take advantage of low media rate ($4.00) and lower overseas rate ($22.00) for my customers. could vary by one category (ie: 2 dollars) from what I'm about to list but roughly the (9.00) low end is to nearby places in
Ontario such as Kitchener or Toronto. The next category (11.00) is further in Ontario to cities like Ottawa and some of Quebec ie: Montreal. The next category (13.00) is far Quebec, The Maritimes excluding Newfoundland, Manitoba and Saskatchewan and the (15.00) high end is Alberta, BC, the Far North and Newfoundland.
