Absolutely beautiful copy, stored in a plastic sleeve and case since purchase. Vinyl and labels grade as NM, glossy with no marks. 

The gatefold is in beautiful condition but grades down from Nm to EX+ on two counts, there is a tiny corner ding by RIP 1 (see pics) and there is a sticker removal mark on the cover where some of the glossy finish has lifetd, it's only visible when held to the light but it's definitely there. Other than these two tiny issues it's a stunning copy, a very strong EX+.

The merch sheet and booklet are EX+.
