You are bidding on the ULTRA-RARE "Best of the Beast" vinyl box set. This is Iron Maiden's first "Best Of" album, released in 1996 in a 34 track (four disc) vinyl edition. There were only 1000 pressings of this box set worldwide. In addition to the four records, this box set also contains a full-color, hard-cover book outlining the history of Iron Maiden and lyrics!
From Wikipedia: The 4-disc vinyl pressing is quite rare and has increased in value steadily over the years in music stores and on online auction sites.
The outer box has some wear (see photos) and the inner sleeves for records #2, #3, and #4 have small scuffs on the lower left corner. I have included close-up photos of all the imperfections I was able to locate. The records themselves appear to be virtually un-played. In fact, I went to play disc 1 and had to "pop its cherry" (i.e. the label paper was tighter than the spindle on my turntable). I opted not to play the disc. From what I can tell, none of the 4 records have ever seen a needle. While I can not ABSOLUTELY guarantee that, I can guarantee that they are in like-new condition. These records are in pristine condition and WILL perform perfectly or your money back.
