Description


Dischord records No. 8 1/2 Skinflint records No. 1 1982. Ok, heres the deal with this record. It is a MAJOR part of the NYHC ( New York Hardcore ) scene. This copy of Iron cross "Skinhead Glory" Belonged to Rob Kabula. This is the copy that Rob and Roger Miret used to listen to at the infamous squat, Apartment X on Norfolk St. on the lower east side NYC. The apartment was in Kabula's name and many hardcore skins got their heads shaved, drank beers, smoked spliffs and got laid there. It was the breeding ground for the beginnings of the NYHC scene and changed the face of punk music for generations to come! Rob and Roger decided they should cover "Crucified" off this very 7" and hence they have been playing it live ever since. This copy has wear on the sleeve (vg) and a small tare on the back cover, the vinyl is VG+ conservatively, comes with insert which Sab hand signed with his address. Sab was one of the few people from the DC area who got along with the NYHC scene. If you are a fan then you know the significance of this copy. The above caption is 100% legit.
