Description

Original-era ATCO pressing of Iron Butterfly’s landmark 1968 album In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida, including the full 17-minute title track on Side 2.

This copy has been fully play tested and delivers solid EX playback throughout. Audio is exceptionally clean for a record of this age, including the extended title track.

The deadwax markings are consistent with a Presswell pressing, with AT indicating Atlantic mastering.

Includes the attractive period jacket with the RIAA Gold Record Award sticker on the front. Jacket presents very well overall, with strong front-cover color and graphics. Some age-related toning and wear are visible, particularly on the rear, as shown in the photos.

Also includes the period ATCO Records catalog inner sleeve shown in the photos.

A particularly nice copy for someone who wants an early In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida with strong, verified playback rather than relying solely on a visual vinyl grade.
