Description

This is an original 1964 vinyl pressing of "Introducing the Beatles". Vee Jay Records SR 1062. Version 2 with "Please Please Me". Authentic Stereo pressing, not a repro. Black labels with "Stereo" at nine o'clock. Spizer number: VJ 1062(2).SR4B As pictured on page 145 of Bruce Spizer's "Beatles On Vee Jay" book.
Condition: the record is VG, light scuffs and scratches, some spindle marks on the labels. Plays well, no skips, expected surface noise between tracks and during the quieter passages. Cover is VG, shows some wear, no splits, spine is completely legible. There are two tiny thumbtack holes, one at the top, one at the bottom. There is some damage to the back cover at the bottom of the opening, some cardboard is worn away, (please see photo).
