Description

Introducing The Beatles - VEE-JAY Records [VJ] VJLP 1062 - Black Label with [Vee-Jay] in  brackets.

"64 Original Mono songs in columns on back with "ASK ME WHY" and "PLEASE, PLEASE ME".

LA, Plain Vee Jay Black Label.

Record is VG+, Dynamic sound. Plays excellent. Has "TWIST and SHOUT", side two last cut.

Nice echo effect on "A Taste of Honey"

Cover is VG+, small slight crease marks but no bends, breaks, no splits, no rings, no yellowing.

Mono albums are a sound investment as they have that rich and dynamic presence that analog recordings are famous for. Played side by side with CDs there is no comparison. They are an excellent choice to play for filling a room with music or as background ambience. The only reason to get stereo is if you are sitting in the middle and listening. All the music is still coming out of the speakers. At a distance, you can hardly tell the difference. At a party you don't need to walk across the room to hear the other channel. Alas, the technology of producing a CD was way ahead of the understanding of the complexity of the stuff that was in the Groove of a record.

This is a choice collectible that you will also enjoy playing.
