The shipping price quoted in this listing is for standard US Postal delivery and applies to the lower 48 states only. Buyers from Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories may bid, but I will ship via USPS Priority Mail ONLY and I require delivery confirmation. Please contact me BEFORE bidding for a shipping quote.

Payment is accepted through Paypal only. Buy it Now requires immediate payment. For auctions, the buyer agrees to pay within 48 hours (2 days) of auction close. If payment is not made within this time, the transaction will be canceled, the item will be relisted, and an unpaid auction claim will be reported to Ebay.

I usually ship within 1 business day following payment confirmation. I ship to Paypal confirmed addresses only per Ebay and Paypal policy. Update your shipping address in Paypal prior to your purchase. Please do not email me requesting me to deviate from this policy.

For my CD listings, item condition refers to CD ONLY and does not account for the CD jewel case due to how frequently cases are damaged through handling by the US Postal Service. I ship with cd cases, but I cannot guarantee the condition of your CD case once it goes through USPS handling. A cracked case will not affect the condition and play of your CD.

THE SPILL ON SHIPPING COSTS

Due to a recent change in Ebay shipping fees, I will no longer be offering “free” shipping on my auctions. This is because “free” shipping is not really free shipping. The cost of shipping through Ebay shipping labels has taken a steep increase after the first of the year, so going forward I will be breaking out the shipping cost and the item cost. This practice will help both me as the seller and you as the buyer understand what you are really being charged through better itemization.

For example, I charge $4.00 to ship a CD. Here is the breakdown of how I come to this figure:

$2.60- USPS shipping cost to mail a CD (5 oz average CD/package weight)

$0.40-10% Ebay fee on the $4.00 shipping charge (Yes, Ebay charges member fees on shipping costs)

$0.10-Paypal charge on the $4.00 to collect the buyer’s money

$0.55-Cost of bubble mailer to ship the CD

$0.35-Cost of other shipping materials (printer ink, label, tape and other applicable packing materials)

As you can see by this example, $4.00 shipping cost for a CD is more than fair considering the final 35 cents noted above does not in any way fully cover all other shipping materials as you know how much printer ink really costs.

THE SPILL ON EBAY

Due to a recent change on Ebay listing fees and policy, I will no longer be listing and relisting items over and over again when they do not sell. Going forward, my listings are one and done. If my item does not sell, I have no problem with just keeping the item. Ebay has restricted the total number of items a member can list a month unless the member signs up for a premium subscription with a monthly charge. I have decided to not fall in to this bullying from Ebay as I am not a “store”. I am an individual selling on Ebay as a hobby to get some extra internet spending money. Therefore, I will only list the item one time and move on to the next item if it does not sell. If I have an item you want, please purchase it within the 30 days that it is listed as you will not have another opportunity to purchase it from me. Thank you for your understanding on this issue.
