Welcome to Psych & Pstuff where I have been listing sealed Psych LPs until today. For my last 3 listings this week I chose to pick three insanely rare pieces of psych. All LPs are 1st issues and in NM condition. The three LPs today are Chocolate Watch Band - No Way Out, Kaleidoscope - Beacon From Mars and Tripsichord Music Box White Label Promo. And don't for get to check the other 15 Sealed Psych listing for the week as well. So on with the last listings of the week.
Incredibly rare Chocolate Watch Band's first LP, No Way Out is a psych anthem and all psych heads need a copy. The CWB was out of Frisco but did not have your typical west coast sound. They had a sound all their own. As I said this is an insanely rare LP in NM condition still in shrink on the Tower label, original issue. The LP plays with only a bit of low static between some songs and will satisfy any listener. No snap crackle or pops.
LP - The vinyl shows only a few very light paper marks that do not affect playback at all and is in NM condition.
Cover - The cover is still in shrink, but just a small amount is torn in the middle of the bottom. The bottom seam has a 1/2" split at the opening but no problems anywhere else. It is a beautifully preserved cover with vibrant colors and the spine is perfect. The cover rates an EX rating. What looks like ring wear on the cover is only on the shrink and not on the cover itself.
Label - The labels show no wear, no spider lines around the spindle holes. As you can see in the photos.
So the overall rating for this LP is NM/EX. A must have for any psych collector. Good luck and thanks. This is a no reserve auction.

I also wanted to mention that my VG+ ratings are still nice playable LPs. There may be a few ticks or static between songs but still a very nice listen. The cover may also show a bit more wear or have a small seam opening, but still looks nice and clean. Since record grading is so subjectible to the sellers opinion, I wanted to give you my VG+ grading and what goes into calling it VG+. Thank you.
My grading system is M(only used on sealed LPs), NM, EX, VG+, VG, VG- and Good. LPs rated good will only be sold if they are very rare. I have been collecting and grading LPs for nearly 5 decades. I was a seller of guitars for many years on Ebay and now decided to put some of my LP collection up for sale. I have many Psych, Hard Rock, Blues, Jazz, Prog and more from the 1960s and 1970s. Many are still sealed. I will offer auction style and Buy It Now listings.
Shipping - I will ship media mail to anywhere in the US for $5.00 I will also offer Priority shipping for $12.00. I ship in LP mailers with the LPs outside of the sleeve to avoid seam splits. Sealed LPs will not be opened. I will also ship to Europe and Japan via USPS international First Class mail for $25 for the first LP. I will combine shipping. I will ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.
