Description: 1958 Mono 1st press on Vee Jay Records. Classic Chicago blues album. Has the thin silver line around the label.
Sleeve Condition: VG, sleeve has great color, presents very well. No splits or tears or major ring wear. Some edge wear on all three sides and tape across bottom edge. Not sure why, maybe to prevent splitting. Back has tracks circled in marker - looks to have been done at a later date. Inner sleeve is missing and has been replaced with an archival inner. This is a pretty solid to slightly weaker VG.
Vinyl: VG+, visually this is gorgeous, very clean. Each side has one small scuff, neither are deep or feelable - nothing that affects playback. Play tested and this sounds great, comes through clean and clear. No pops, skips, etc. Labels are both very clean with a tiny bit of spindle wear. No writing or fading. Just great condition overall. You'll be very pleased with this one. Don't miss grabbing it today!
