Description

Aladdin 701 is an original US pressing of Battle of the Saxes from 1954 on a ten inch LP, featuring Ilinois Jacquet and Lester Young on separate sides.  Vinyl is solid VG, used but not abused and very rare in any condition.  I heard one skip on each side.  Black vinyl, yellow jacket with black print, cover art by William Alexander.  I have seen cover variations of white with red print and white with black print--I have never seen another yellow cover.  Not sure of the sidemen--no mention at all.  Jacket has no splits or writing, remarkable condition.   Watch for picture.  If I ship uninsured with low customs value, the risk of loss is completely on the buyer.
