Pressed on a white with black swirl vinyl; named "Vortex", limited to 5000.
Housed in a single sleeve packaging with printed inner sleeve.
Lacquers were pressed in " narrow stereo"
Some copies have a 12" art insert signed by the band, as shown in last image .
This version is for the standard release with the painting on the front and the sculpture on the rear.
1000 copies of the initial run intentionally have the sleeve print reversed: sculpture on the front and painting on the rear.
Catalogue number PTKF2186-3 is found on the sticker sealing the opening of the sleeve.
