        I guess this item can best be described as a vinyl truffle.  I can tell you that I believe that the condition of the disc, coupled with the low catalogue number and the early Essex logo certainly make it true a collectable.  The numbers in the dead wax of this 1952 pressing tells me that when mastered “Icy Heart” was considered the “A” side, and “Rock The Joint” was the “B” side.  You will note this disc also wears the Green Stock heavy paper sleeve that was so popular with radio station music libraries back in the fifties and sixties.
