Icehouse 'Man of Colours' Absolutly Unique, One of a Kind, Multi Coloured Vinyl Lp
Regular Records through Festival Records CAT # RML 53239

Iva Davies, multi platnum selling award winning best album and internationally acclaimed magnus opus with a twist.
Originally a limited release on blue yellow and red vinyl separatley, the artisans at Festival records, Pyrmont NSW also experimented with these primary colours blending them together when pressing the LP to create a swirled lolypop effect. The alchemy that resulted delived patterns that all varied, so that each and every vinyl LP produced was diffirent to the next one.
Like a fingerprint or snowflake no two album pressings are the same.They are all a one off.
Never commercially released into the marketplace, only about 50-odd multi- coloured LP's were ever made before the concept was shelved by band m'ment and these completed albums all but disapeared for the next 27 years. Only a handfull of people know these albums exist, not even Wikapedia lists these secret pressings.
This makes these hard to find LP;s extremely rare and valuable.

This auction item is pristine vinyl that has never been removed from its dust jacket. The original white cover and inner sleave are in fairly good to good condition with only a few small marks from storage.
27 years after the original release in 1987 the value of this masterpiece will only increase with time.
This record has sold millions internationally, so this extra special pressing will be sought by collectors globally.
Whether an Icehouse fan or not, a vinyl collector or not, this is one for the serious collector.
