Description
Well, picture this: You have just undergone a time-travel experiment and have stepped out of the machine onto Haight Street circa 1968. Fortunately you wore a paisley shirt, fringe vest, and some granny glasses and love beads so you wouldn't look out of place. You wander down the street smelling incense and peppermints and the color of time and the like and you head into the Psychedelic Shop. In the record bins you notice this eye-catching evocative album cover for a new group called "It's a Beautiful Day" . A groovy looking mod chick in a mini skirt sees you eyeing the LP and says"Hey man, there an out of sight group! they're playing for free in the panhandle today, let's go make the scene." As you walk out of the store holding your new record purchase in one hand and this lovely lady in the other she mentions that she's "holding" some Owlsley sugar cubes and Sandoz as well your pick........(well that's another story)
Unfortunately no such time machine has been invented, and let's face it ,they probably wouldn't let us regular Joes use it. Short of that happening you can get the next best thing(minus the girl and the LSD of course) with this LP I picked this up recently at an Estate sale in San Francisco ...

Condition: GATEFOLD Cover: Mint, no cut corners, bb holes, or markings of any kind, still in shrink, tight spine and seams, no splits, see photo the back right top corner very slightly bumped. Record: MINT, Sealed inside!
Comments: no barcode, believed to be the 360 degree stereo sound 2-Eye Columbia label inside.
