IRON MAIDEN-THE SOUNDHOUSE TAPES......... ONE OF THE LEGENDARY 5000 ORIGINAL PRESSINGS............
Maiden's first UK EP released 09 Nov 1979 on Rock Hard Records featuring the raw versions of "Iron Maiden" "Invasion" and "Prowler". These versions did not appear on the first album ! Matrix side A is ROK-1-A *EG* SA LYN 7627-IT Matrix side B is ROK-1-B LYN 7628-IT *EG* SA Tracklisting : side A : IRON MAIDEN (4.01) : side B : INVASION (3.07) : : PROWLER (4.23)
Cardboard sleeve..... Cutout opening from top....... Left/Right flaps on back of sleeve... Sleeve flaps cut at correct angle...... Slightly deeper orange colour on label than sleeve... All tracks play in full without fadeout..... So....YES...IT'S ORIGINAL.....
I've looked after it since i bought it from a friend in 1981,unfortunately he didn't , hence the ringmarks and wear on the sleeve and a few creases. There are also some light surface scratches on the vinyl but it still plays fine with no crackles or skips. There is no paper info/merchandise slip which was apparently inside every sleeve.
