The Tour Book was released only during the tour 2016 and saled only at the venue!!!! This was buyed in Italy last week during the Italian dates!!!!
The Program comes in a fold out poster, you can see pics about the front and back closed book, 1st page/step opened, 2nd step opened, and so on...
