Rare limited edition picture disc
This is the original first pressing where the mastering engineer accidentally sped up the lathe (to 45rpm) during cutting for about 12 seconds near the end of the title track. Most faulty pressings were returned by the stores for corrected replacements but some were sold.
PVC Sleeve Condition: NEW / Media Condition: NM
Rare 1984 UK limited edition 8-track Picture Disc LP including the classic tracks '2 Minutes To Midnight' and the epic 'Rime Of The Ancient Mariner'. The disc features the superb sphinx 'Eddie' pyramid artwork on the front and band members in a tomb image on the back.
Record is from my personal collection and plays perfectly. I bought this to collect and only played it the day I listed it for sale here! Before dispatch it will be cleaned on my Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine and the vinyl will be placed in a brand new anti-static sleeve and a brand new PVC sleeve.
