Of all the countries in the world you'd hardly pick Korea as housing one of the rarest Maiden vinyls there is, but here it is!!

Firstly, Korea being a Communist country has far stricter censorship laws than most of the western world and Japan so tracks and album sleeves are often completely changed or erased so that the band can release material. Maiden are no exception to this rule and because of this, the Korean issue for Piece Of Mind album has become a very sought after collectable.

Looking at the picture it is not hard to tell just why this record commands such a high price. The familiar Eddie Asylum sleeve has been replaced by the inside cover of the UK gatefold sleeve and the Koreans are so strict that the Brain, the band are going to tuck into, has been covered over by a sticker! ( the sticker is actually imprinted on the sleeve and does not come off).
The back sleeve is pretty much untouched except for the track listing.

There are two inserts, one is a single sided 10" square with the real Piece... art work in blue. The other is folded in half and about the same size, with the usual band history in Korean on the front inner side, and lyrics in English to the 5 songs on the rear inner sleeve. The front of the insert has the group photo cover with some Korean writing across it. The back of the insert has two excellent live shots I've not seen elsewhere. One of Bruce leaning into the crowd and another of Dave and Adrian.

Condition of the vinyl is nr mint, as are the inserts. The album cover itself is excellent, however the last owner has written across the front of it near the top in what looks like Korean.
