Returns are NOT accepted, however in the case of shipping damage or something seriously wrong with the item, please contact SELLER prior to opening an eBay case. We will stand behind legitimate claims and resolve them with you, PROVIDED you send detailed photos of the shipping damage or wrong item problem. In some cases, you may be required to take the damaged item back to the shipper for inspection, to properly process the claim.
