Nice copy in very good condition 

Vinyl has light surface wear scuffs scratches. Not an abundance and not severe 

Sleeve looks very good on front side. Back side has 3 cuts on it and some pencil right side center and bottom corner see pics

Bottom seam split 1/2 way 

Spine and top look great
