Grading Standards

SS = Still Sealed

NM+ = Unplayed condition. Vinyl is flawless with a glossy sheen. I do not grade covers at NM+

NM = Only slight signs of wear; very clean with possible light surface marks which will not distract from the sound. A NM Cover may have only slight wear, and is still in nice collectible condition. Very few covers meet this grade.

VG+ = Played often but only slight surface wear and maybe some light to moderate noise during the quieter passages. In other words, still plays well. A VG+ cover will have some overall wear, bumped corners or some light ring wear.

VG = Overall wear to vinyl, including scratches on both sides but no serious defects, more noisy sound during quiet passages. A VG cover is worn, usually with shelf and ring wear and possible small seam splits.

G = Heavy wear on record and cover. Record with possible skips and/or heavy scratches and lots of surface noise. A G cover will have split seams and heavy wear. I usually only sell collectable records in this condition.

Auction Terms

(Please read carefully. If you do not agree with my auction terms then please do not bid.)

Combined Shipping: I do offer a combined shipping discount for items won/purchased within a 5 day period. Shipping charges are calculated based upon the total weight of all your items combined.

Payment Terms: Payment is by PayPal Only. Payment is due by the 5th day from the auction’s end. All combined auctions must be paid for by the 5th day of the FIRST auction won to receive a combined shipping discount. There is no exception to this rule. 

Domestic Shipping: Whenever possible I ship via Media Mail as this is the least expensive shipping option. Items that can not be shipped Media Mail will be shipped Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. All packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and this cost is included in the cost of shipping. You will be notified by e-mail once your item/s has been shipped. I generally ship within 24 – 48 hours of receipt of payment during normal business days.

International Shipping: International packages are shipped via Priority Mail International. There is no exception to this rule. I realize this is the most expensive shipping option but since it offers a tracking service and limited indemnity coverage it is a win-win for all involved. And please note that the shipping calculator should not be used to calculate international shipping rates. Please email me for a shipping quote.

International buyers will also be responsible for any applicable duties and/or customs fees associated with their purchase.

Return Policy: My grading standards are clearly stated and I generally grade on the low end so that I will have happy and returning customers. However, if you don't think the item you purchased is as listed, please contact me by email to work out an acceptable return/refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
