Description
This is a US LP from 1959, on Vee Jay, by John Lee Hooker; "I'm John Lee Hooker" (1007). This is the early '60s issue with black and rainbow label. The picture on the back cover appears to have been signed in felt tip by John Lee Hooker (see scan). I've compared this against other examples of his signature, and it looks genuine - however, as I'm not completely certain, I will leave the decision down to you as to whether it is real. On the other hand, who's going to ruin a nice LP like this with a fake sig? Who knows? Tracks are "Dimples / Hobo Blues / I'm So Excited / I Love You Honey / Boogie Chillun / Little Wheel / I'm In The Mood / Maudie / Crawlin' King Snake / Every Night / Time Is Marching / Baby Lee".
