Condition of record: VG+, slight background noise. Trail-off marked with "ear" and "Van Gelder"
Condition of label: Clean (picture shows worse label)
Condition of cover: VG+, 3" seam split on upper edge, opening edge on front very slightly damaged, slight stains on back, all four corners slightly damaged. Including contemporary Blue note inner sleeve in VG condition
