Description
This is an ORIGINAL LATE 1960s OR EARLY 1970s ERA BLUE BOOK RECORDS U.S. 7" 45 RPM RECORD (NOT THE RECENT REPRO) containing the sought after Northern Soul track titled 'People That's Why' backed with 'Land Of Dreams' from Idle Few. It is Blue Book Records U.S. catalog number 1, styrene pressing, dark blue labels with silver print. Record comes packaged in a fresh white paper sleeve.
I have priced the opening bid on this sought after record commensurate with its condition and with an eye toward past eBay selling prices, I will leave it to the bidders to determine its final value -- Condition of play surface is conservatively VG-/VG with a few surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play, but with a small to moderate amount of white wear in the A-side grooves of this styrene pressing evidencing some past play; record plays with a little scattered scratchiness typical of played styrene pressings and some light crackly background surface noise that does not overwhelm the music. B-side label has some writing in blue marker which is barely visible against the similar blue color of the label, both labels have contact wear as can be seen in my accompanying image.
