Description

IAN ANDERSON - JETHRO TULL - DIVINITIES - 1995 GERMAN PRESS KIT

This is a very rare German press release/kit from EMI Records, Germany to promote Ian Anderson's second 1995 solo album "Divinities - Twelve Dances With God". Press releases are usually sent to the printed media, radio stations, music stores, etc. and the printed press can copy this article for their editions. This one was issued in 1995.

It is a one page release profiling Ian Anderson (and Jethro Tull) and introducing his new solo album in German. Included is also an A4 size replica of the album's front cover and a colour picture of Ian Anderson (on Belgian "Agfa" paper!), size 12,6 x 17,7 cm. All this goes nicely in a soft cardboard folder thick enough to contain a CD. Originally, this press-kit also contained the UK CD release of "Divinities" (and possibly also the UK Promo CD single), but it is no longer there.

All the inside paperwork is in superb condition!!! The folder however has a few nicks here and there from travelling by mail, but there are no tears or no other damage; it will be very well packed to avoid more nicks.

A very rare German press release, unfortunately without the CD but surely a nice collector's item !!
