KILLER, outstanding record from the beginning to the end by I Grès infamous combo formed by Giorgio Carnini (G) at the organ, Roberto Pregadio (R) on Piano and Fender Rhodes, Enzo Restuccia (E) on drums and guitarist Silvano Chimenti (S). Another insane masterpiece that's on the same level of volume 1. Album is signed by Salvatore Lo Turco and Romano Rizzati that only worked here as signers of the tracks. TOP OF THE TOP Italian Funk Library featuring the unmistakable Silvano Chimenti's Funky guitars, loads of Poliziesco edgy grooves / Psychedelic and Funk Rock / superb Bboy Breaks and loops. Also includes some fantastic Fender Rhodes Bossa-Funk themes.

Side A opener is the monster "TO JEAN-LUC", distorted violin playing on huge drumming set with stoned breaks, piano, bass and crazy sleazy Funk guitar; insane and looping Hip Hop Funk beat! - Delicious Jazz-Funk with plenty grooves on "TO RAMSEY" with Chimenti's guitar solo. The insane Psychedelic beats of "TROPICAL" with super sleazy wah-wah guitar, fast rhythms and huge percussions; Nervous pursuit Funk-based theme with Psychedelic dopeness. "TO MENDES" is another Jazz-Funk banger while "TO WILLY" is the weird heavy-hard hitting Rockin' theme that could be a classic Rock hit by Stoppenwolf or similars. Side B opens with the dope wah-wah Scat Funk "DUO BALLS" with killer bassline and Hammond organ. "YELLOW-GREEN" and "MOANING" are tense moody Psych percussive and obsessive themes. "TO JIMMY" features killing Wah-Wah bboy Funk with male Scat vocals by a 2nd guitar player, drum Breaks and proggy organ. Lovely Bossa beat in the final "TO WES". INSANE RECORD, essential for any fan of the genre!
