Description
I AM Pete Townshend and various. Meher Baba tribute
BABA LP 002
The second release in a trilogy from Pete and followers of Baba. I purchased this from a Baba center / bookstore in fall ’72. This copy is the pouch style cover. All of the other listings I’ve seen look like a standard L.P. cover. The pouch / cover is in beautiful condition except for the pouch flap. The pouch is approx. 13” across and the flap is dis-connected approx. 6 ½” from the end (see photo) and is a bit scuffed up along the fold. All of the inserts are here plus some that I’ve added through the years. On the back is a sticker of the Baba center I bought it from. The “newspaper” is included and is in fantastic shape for its age with a bit of yellowing. The vinyl looks great and plays very strong. Keep in mind though that this is an independently pressed record. The label is blank white with a circular indent towards the center. The run-out area has “BABA LP 002 A” on one side and “B” on the other side. With the scarcity and rarity of this item, I’m selling it as a final sale, a no refund / return item, so please keep this in mind if you decide to bid. If you win, it’s yours. Please contact me with any questions you may have. Thanks!
This is a final sale. No refunds or returns. U. S.(states) shipment only. Sorry, no combined shipping with this item.
