Description

Rare 1970 reggae compilation on the London-based Pama label featuring The Upsetters, The Justins, Rupie Edwards Allstars, Owen Gray, Eugene Paul, Max Romeo, Lloyd Jackson, DD Dennis, The Youth, Charlie Ace, Pat Kelly and Carl doing a mix of chart hits and home grown songs. 
Front laminated sleeve is close to excellent on the front, and Good+ to VG on the back (wear, creasing and a fair bit of writing). Spine, seams and opening edge are all sound though. 
The vinyl plays through well enough and looks pretty clean – there is surface noise though so I'd recommend a deep clean which should improve it considerably. Audio grades Good+ to Very Good. 
The pale blue Pama labels are in excellent shape – no major wear, damage or writing. White inner sleeve is browned with age but intact with a careful tape repair to the bottom edge. 
Rare record – very few around these days. Nice find for reggae collectors!
