Description

King Oliver & The Creole Jazz Band Snake Rag   Recorded in Richmond Indiana June 22, 1923.  Members of Band King Oliver, Louis Armstrong, Honore Dutrey, Johnny Dodds, .Lil Hardin, Bill Johnson, Baby Dodds. This is listed by Wynton Marsalis as one of the twelve essential Jazz Records.  He described the Second Cornet  of Louis Armstrong as a display of flat footed improvisational skills.   Flip  Side Art Landry's Syncopatin' Six Choo Choo Blues  Record is in G+ condition or what would have been V by Nauck's  grading system. Plays through and still listenable.Please see photos.
