This is an auction of a Horace Silver & the Jazz Messengers - with Hank Mobley and Art Blakey - BLUE NOTE BLP-1518 mono - etched RVG and "EAR" indicating Rudy Van Gelder as engineer. BIDDERS NOTE: Side 1 label as a 47 WEst 63rd NYC address but no deep groove, side 2 has New York USA label WITH A DEEP GROOVE. Great classic Jazz LP.

Record is visually graded as VG++ to VG+ with some LIGHT hairlines and marks but plays well, cover is VG+ with some edge wear and 2" split at bottom right, some aging on back and an old price in black marker on back upper right.
