Horace Silver - Six Pieces Of Silver - Blue Note BLP 1539, mono, 1962.  Deep groove, New York USA labels, RVG/ear/9M etchings. 

Vinyl is G/G+    Many light hairlines and storage scuffs, some of which are deep enough to feel.  Labels look VG/G, B side label is mostly rubbed off.     

Sleeve is G+    Bottom seam is split, 6” split at top right, some moisture damage/wrinkling around edges, minor ripping to front.
