"New York USA" label both sides. "RVG STEREO" in runout both sides. No "The Ear" aka "P". Cover has "47 West 61st St., New York 23" address. 

 Record looks M- and plays M-/VG++.  Record plays nice.  On Side 2, there are some light scuffs.

Cover is VG.

   Front cover has light to moderate wear and some ring wear. Denting at bottom corner at the pocket.  Hole punch at top near the spine. Spots of heavy wear at the corners and on top and bottom seams. Bottom seam split app 1/2 inch at the pocket. Beginning of split seam at top of pocket. The back cover light wear and light ring wear.
